SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Your product is one-of-a-kind and is always made to order, so it takes a few days or weeks before we can ship it to you.
Production times are excluding Bank Holidays. Orders received after 11am GMT - the first 'working day' will begin at 9am the following working day.
Please consider this when selecting your shipping method. Times given are estimates only.
Please note: If you have requested a proof design for a custom order, this may hold up your dispatch times.
Our processing times for orders take 1-3 weeks. Each item is made to order. Please note, when considering your shipping time this does not include processing time.
If you need an order faster, we can do our best to meet your timelines but please email us at first.

Returns and refunds
We hope you're happy with your Wolf & Flower purchase however if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note that if your order is made to order or personalised/ customised, these are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless faulty.
Please check your package on arrival, and contact us within 24hrs if you have an order query.
Please note you will need to cover the cost of delivery to return the items to us.

Descriptions & Images
We do our best to detail all products as clearly and as closely as we can. We use photographed images of the product items as an example only. Some colours may vary due to stock levels, however we will always try to match them as closely as possible to the images on display.
If you have ordered a back-painted item, please note that the style of the paint and brush strokes are on individually painted and unique, the paint strokes and style may vary to that on the advertisement. If you would like a particular paint style, please advise this at the time of ordering.
Designs and Copyright
All text, graphic designs, images and photographs used on this website / through the design process by email may not be copied without prior permission from Wolf & Flower LTD.
All prices and transactions on our site are in GBP. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received and processed. We also process all of our transactions using Wix payments or Paypal and accept all major credit cards. Should there be any delays in payment processing, we cannot be held responsible. As we are a growing business, we reserve the right to alter our products, services, or prices at any time without notice.
Other than the individual products listed on our site, we offer a wide variety of bespoke laser cutting services as well. These bespoke orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, based on current order volume, time frame, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse to take on any projects we deem offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful. We also consider the items listed on the site (specifically, kids’ name signs and the like) as personalised orders. Any product with the word “personalised” in the title is technically considered a bespoke order. Unless otherwise negotiated at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to offer any bespoke designs on our storefront to future customers with the exception of business branding.
Please allow two to three weeks time for production after Placing your order for bespoke orders. We will always do our best to make sure that these bespoke orders get to you within the agreed time frame but cannot be held liable should there be any delays due to third party mistakes. Should your order get lost due to mechanical errors, or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
We do accommodate for cancellations as long as your order has not been produced or a design PDF proof has been made. There are no refunds or exchanges for cancelling your order after the item has been produced. However, if you’d like, you can always contact us if you have trouble deciding on your order and we’ll help you out as best we can!
