ABOUT ACRYLIC SIGNS

CAN YOU MAKE A SIGN WITH MY LOGO?

For our standard price list (as seen online) includes prices for our fonts only (or font names provided by yourself if we can download them).

If you would like a logo sign for your business, we need the correct artwork files for your logo to create your sign. Your logo would need to be supplied to us in a vector EPS or AI format.


If you have had your logo professionally designed, your design should be able to provide you with this file (sometimes a PDF may work).


Unfortunately, we are unable to work with JPEGS and PNG file types. You would need to send your file in advance of your order to us so we can check we can create your sign, and provide you with a bespoke quote.

HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ACRYLIC SIGN TAKE TO MAKE?

Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, you will receive a PDF design proof back within 7 working days. Please check your email during this time as it usually is sooner. Once you have approved the design, your sign will be made. 

Our processing times for orders take 1-4 weeks. Each item is made to order.


Please note, when considering your shipping time this does not include processing time.


If you need an order faster, we can do our best to meet your timelines but please email us at wolfandflower@outlook.com before placing your order. 


Once your order has processed it will be shipped. 

The shipping depends on the size of the product you've ordered.

DO THE SIGNS COME WITH FIXINGS INCLUDED?

Our standard acrylic signs do not come with wall fixings included, as people like to fix their signs in various ways, however, you have the option at add holes in your signs (this will remove the need for you to drill into your sign if you are planning on fixing your sign to the wall with screws). If your sign does come with fixings included, this will be mentioned in the product listing.

I WOULD LIKE A SPECIFIC COLOUR FOR MY SIGN, CAN YOU HELP?

Yes we have a huge range of coloured acrylics, and acrylic paints for back paint, please get in touch to discuss what you would like, and we will do our best to make it happen.

ABOUT HOUSE NUMBER SIGNS

DO THE HOUSE NUMBER SIGNS COME WITH FIXINGS INCLUDED?

House signs and door signs come with fixings included. These are called 'stand offs' and are available in steel. The standoff wall fixings are easily attached to your wall. First, unscrew the standoff base and then screw the fittings into the wall. Place a sign in-between the outer cap and the fixing, then lock it in place by tightening the outer cap.


You need to supply your screws and wall plugs for the fixings, as you would need to select the correct screws for the type of wall you are fixing the sign to. 

CAN I HAVE JUST A NAME INSTEAD OF A NUMBER?

Yes, of course, please could place your order as usual via the website, leaving in the notes section when you order any details we'd need to know. If the design differs a lot from the one on our website, we will provide you with a PDF design proof to approve before your sign is put into production.

ABOUT BOOKING A WEDDING OR EVENT SIGNAGE PACKAGE

I'VE SPOTTED A FEW WEDDING ITEMS THAT I LIKE, DO I GET A PACKAGE DISCOUNT? 

I've spotted a few wedding items that I like, do I get a package discount? 

If you would like multiple matching items for your wedding such as place name settings, table numbers, top table signs or a welcome sign that we do offer bespoke packages.

Please get in touch today to discuss the perfect decor package for you. 

DO I NEED TO BOOK MY WEDDING PACKAGE IN ADVANCE AND LEAVE A DEPOSIT?

Table numbers and welcome signs are made to order once full payment has been made with standard lead times at the time of ordering. 

For place name settings and table plans, due to the time it takes to design these, you need to book your space with me to make sure I have availability on your date. Your date will be secured with a small deposit. 

I will require all guest names and table plan arrangements 4 weeks before your wedding date.

I HAVE A UNIQUE THEME FOR MY EVENT - CAN YOU BRING MY IDEAS TO LIFE?

We love a challenge and would love to help you with new ideas, this could be using different materials, changing up the colours or shapes - if you can dream it up, speak to us about bringing your idea to life!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment is required in full for all products listed on the website. For packages such as weddings deposits or payment in full can be taken.

YES! Most items on our website we can customise with your own wording, we also have lots of colour options to choose from with most of our products.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
