CAN I CUSTOMISE A PRODUCT I'VE SPOTTED ON THE WEBSITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA?

YES! Most items on our website we can customise with your own wording, we also have lots of colour options to choose from with most of our products.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled if products have already been produced or if artwork has been started.


This is because these personalised products are made specifically to meet your needs and cannot be re-sold.

CAN YOU PUT MY LOGO ONTO AN ACRYLIC SIGN?

If a logo has been created by a graphic designer, you should have your logo in a vector file format (Ai OR EPS files). If you would like a laser cut sign, we will need these logo files to make your sign. PNG and JPEG files are unsuitable for our laser cutter. 

If you do not have the correct files, you can select one of our fonts for us to use, or we may be able to redraw your logo and provide you with the correct file types for an additional fee. 

If it is a font logo, and you know the name of the font, there will be no additional costs for this.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment is required in full for all products listed on the website. For packages such as weddings deposits or payment in full can be taken.
